&lt;br /&gt;We seek a Director of Learning and Organizational Development to join our dynamic HR team at the Chicago corporate office.  This role is responsible for serving as an internal business consultant to recommend, develop, deliver and measure training and organizational development initiatives designed to improve organizational, team and individual performance.  Responsibilities include operation of the company’s learning management system, analysis of learning and performance needs to support overall strategies and objectives including training needs, surveys and collaboration with leaders and staff across the company.   You’ll plan, direct, and coordinate learning objectives and instructional/training strategies including developing the best methodologies for training delivery (i.e. we-based, classroom etc.). 
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Requirements:
&lt;br /&gt;•	7 – 10 years instructional design (including online content development) experience along with progressive organizational development experience with multi-site responsibility.  Service industry experience is preferred. 
&lt;br /&gt;•	Extensive experience in adult learning principles and managing vendor relationships. 
&lt;br /&gt;•	Is well versed in the resources and their use for improving individual and team performance including on-line learning and leadership development initiatives to strengthen talent in critical functional areas. 
&lt;br /&gt;•	Demonstrated program design, delivery and management experience.
&lt;br /&gt;•	Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), and in particular, demonstrated platform skills.
&lt;br /&gt;•	A strategic perspective with an execution and implementation focus.
&lt;br /&gt;•	20% - 30% travel required.
&lt;br /&gt;•	Master’s degree in Organizational Development or significant experience leading learning high-performing learning teams.

      <title>Director of Project Management</title>
      <description>We seek a Director of Project Management to join our small but dynamic IT team at the Chicago corporate office.  This hands-on role is responsible for the planning, implementation, development, operations and support of IT projects and enterprise application systems. You’ll lead all aspects of major application initiatives with responsibility for project plan development, budget management, issue identification and resolution, status gathering and reporting. You’ll perform project portfolio management including administration of the IT project portfolio road map, resource planning and project dependencies and oversight of interfaces between projects. 
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Required skills:
&lt;br /&gt;•	10 years of experience in management information systems, project management, programming or technology consulting with a minimum of 3 years in managing support personnel, consultants, technical resources and budget responsibility.    
&lt;br /&gt;•	Experience with corporate enterprise-wide applications and the integration of business processes.
&lt;br /&gt;•	Ability to work collaboratively and influence a diverse audience including internal and external stakeholders.  
&lt;br /&gt;•	Strong communication skills, analytical skills, competence in preparing and delivering presentations and executive level summaries.
&lt;br /&gt;•	Ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, maintain strong attention to detail and work independently.  
&lt;br /&gt;•	Experience in a real estate or health care environment preferred.  Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.

This position is responsible for evaluating systems and processes to enhance and improve quality of care with an emphasis on clinical needs for skilled nursing, assisted living and memory support programs.  You will provide coaching and support to our experienced nurse professionals.

&lt;br /&gt;The qualified candidate will have a Master’s degree in nursing with a geriatric Clinical 
&lt;br /&gt;Nurse Specialist or Advance Practice Nurse Certification preferred.  Progressive experience in leadership and management roles. Must possess excellent communication skills including platform skills, critical thinking and problem solving.  Travel required.

You’ll be responsible for developing quality indicators for services and programs; identify areas for improvement and facilitate quality assessment and performance improvement activities along with reporting.

&lt;br /&gt;The qualified candidate will have 10 years management experience with 5 years in senior living community operations, corporate or regional role.   Requires broad business acumen, ability to think and act strategically and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with community, corporate staff and employees at all levels.
